Edgewise Healthcare Procurement, or Edgewise, has realigned under Dignity Health's parent company, CommonSpirit Health. Edgewise will operate as efficiently as possible to minimize its costs while providing value to its participants. As a group purchasing organization (GPO), Edgewise collects administrative fees from suppliers on its participants' purchases. Edgewise will, in its discretion, distribute a portion of administrative fees it receives from suppliers in excess of its costs to its participants.
