Kristy Waters 
Chief Executive Officer
Edgewise Healthcare Procurement

As Chief Executive Officer for Edgewise Healthcare Procurement, Kristy is responsible for developing the strategic focus, guiding daily operations and financial reporting for the company.  Kristy oversees end to end operational and financial performance for CommonSpirit Health’s Supply Chain and holds primary responsibility for the effective financial management and delivery of supplies and services.  Kristy brings a wealth of experience in performance management and innovation to Edgewise through her extensive background as a senior leader at Tenet Healthcare and Mckinsey & Company.

Shireen Ahmad
Chief Finance Officer
Edgewise Healthcare Procurement

Shireen Ahmad has a deep understanding of healthcare finance with over twenty years of experience in healthcare financial reporting and supply chain operations.  In her role as Chief Finance Officer, Shireen is responsible for financial planning, reporting and strategic risk assessment.   Her oversight also includes managing daily business operations, building better financial data structures and optimizing performance management for Edgewise in order to continuously improve existing infrastructures.

Kelley Moore
Executive Director
Edgewise Healthcare Procurement

As the Executive Director for Edgewise Healthcare Procurement, Kelley is responsible for the strategic sourcing of supplies and services in addition to the development of a thoughtfully curated portfolio.  Kelley oversees sourcing over a broad set of categories and specialties, including orthopedic implants, cardiovascular devices, general medical & surgical supplies, and information technology.  Kelley has over two decades of experience in strategic sourcing and contracting.

Mike Kendrick
Executive Director

Mike Kendrick has an extensive background with almost thirty years of experience in various senior management roles leading Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain divisions at multiple large National healthcare systems. As Executive Director for Edgewise Healthcare Procurement, Mike is instrumental in cultivating and advancing strategic approaches for both the Supply and Service categories. He oversees the development, implementation, and management of Edgewise's strategic contracting approaches in order to drive maximum value. He oversees all of Contract administration and Vendor management.

Doug Lawson
Senior Vice President of the Texas Division
St. Luke's Health

Since 2018, Lawson has served as Chief Executive Officer of St. Luke’s Health and as Senior Vice President of Operations, for CommonSpirit Health (St. Luke’s Health’s parent ministry). He currently leads a team of more than 20,000 employees, providers, caregivers, medical staff and volunteers in an integrated health network of 16 acute care hospitals, more than 2,000 employed and aligned providers, and more than 270 access points serving Greater Houston, East Texas, and the Brazos Valley.

Dr. Nezar Falluji
MD, Cardiovascular Service Line Leader
CommonSpirit Health

Dr. Falluji is the System Physician VP CommonSpirit Health Cardiovascular Service Line. An interventional cardiologist who practices in Lexington, Kentucky and specializes in structural, coronary and peripheral vascular interventions. Dr Falluji is part of the CHI-Saint Joseph Cardiology Associates and is a founding Board member of the CHI-Saint Joseph Medical group. In addition to his medical degree, he holds an MPH, MBA, is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and the Society of Cardiology Angiography and Interventions. He also serves as the medical director of the structural heart program.

Richard Roth
Chief Strategic Innovation Officer
CommonSpirit Health

Richard is the Chief Strategic Innovation Officer for CommonSpirit Health and leads innovation efforts, which seek to create and test novel services, programs, partnerships, and/or technologies – from within and outside of healthcare that challenge the status quo and have the potential to reduce the cost of care, improve quality, and/or increase access to services.  Working in concert with CommonSpirit Health employees and physicians, Mr. Roth works to anticipate emerging trends and technologies with the goal of incubating, studying, and scaling efforts to improve care.
